Feels good to be Home (Maryland)

We have been home for about 2 weeks now and I must admit it feels good to get back to our routine. Brian started school at GW and I got a job teaching one day a week in Damascus. (About 11 students that all come to a school on Thursday from 12-6. Brian is home from GW on Thurs and Fri and takes the kids)

It feels good to go to our playground, be in our bed and have the kids in their respective routines. Vivian and Sam are sharing a room more successfully than I could have hoped. She cries in the night and Sam sleeps right through her. He is so good to whisper whenever he walks in at night when she is already sleeping.

On another note . . . Sam is almost exclusively a superhero everyday! Even when I dress him, he changes to his Spiderman or Superman costume. He refers to me as Lois Lane and his Dad as Lex Luther when he is Clark Kent, or I am MJ and Brian is Green Goblin when he is Peter Parker. I love his vivid imagination and his pretend webs all over the house. When I am getting dressed he says to me, "You look pretty Lois Lane." He is a great kid.
