This weekend was the Cherry Blossom Festival in D.C. The weather was a little chilly (low 50's) but the blossoms were at their peak. This is my favorite time of year in D.C. They have so much going on by the mall. We took 3 of our kites and only one got up. We were excited to try our trick kite, but apparently "lack skills." There were hundreds of kites in the air! We flew kites, ate hot dogs, walked the Tidal Basin and had a great time.
