The best part (for me) about the Cherry Blossom Festival is the kite flying on the mall. Here are a few pictures of all the variety of kites in the air. It is fun to watch the wind patterns. Suddenly there are 100's of kites in the air and as the wind dies, they all rise and fall together. I liked this little pirate kite and Sam really liked the giant Nemo kite.
